returns policy.

We hope you love your item from Fiora & Clem. However, if it’s not right we are happy to accept returns and exchanges if you inform us about your wish to return the item via email (hello@fioraandclem.com) within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number, date of purchase and full name and reason for the return.

We require you to ship items back within 15 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (we strongly suggest registered or tracked shipping to avoid any issues).

Refunds are processed upon receiving the item and ensuring it meets our return requirements, namely, the item should be in its original condition: unwashed and unworn.

Please note that if the item is faulty you will be refunded for the cost of the clothing item in full and the shipping cost. If you have changed your mind or have ordered the incorrect size then you will be refunded the full cost of the clothing item but you will not be refunded for the shipping cost.
